Purpose and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to respond to your information and booking requests, as well as to manage your stay. The legal basis for the processing is your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical service providers :

  • Resend — delivery of the emails generated by the forms.
  • Stripe — secure processing of deposit payments (where applicable). Le Perchoir never has access to your full bank card details.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

Retention period

Data linked to a contact or booking request is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then [period to be defined, e.g. 3 years] for customer relationship follow-up purposes, before deletion.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. [If you add an audience measurement tool (Google Analytics, etc.), this section will need to be updated and a consent banner added.]
